​Fresh Start Micro Loan program is intended for use by individuals seeking to avoid obscenely high interest rate loans. It is our hope that this program will help improve  financial situations while taking responsibility for their obligations. This program is also designed to help rebuild credit rating and makes budget counseling available, thereby, taking control of one's personal finances and avoiding the need to use predatory lenders in the future.
